创建Vite项目

使用pnpm命令创建Vue3模板的Vite项目

pnpm create vite my-vue-app --template vue

创建并配置type/shims-vue.ts文件，避免ide在引入vue等文件时出现错误提示

修改tsconfig.json的includes字段，使其能够正确引入src中的vue文件及刚刚types目录下配置的ts文件

修改vite.config.js文件，添加src路径@别名支持
